My name is Scott Colby, President of SC Fitness in Dallas, TX.

I have my Master’s degree in Biomechanics from the University of Virginia, have conducted research at Duke University and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital, and have been asked to serve on the Board of Directors for the International Youth Conditioning Association.

I have been fortunate enough to help hundreds of women lose weight with fitness coaching, online training and through outdoor fitness camps.
